How to flash

Connect your ESP32-S3

Plug the XIAO ESP32-S3 into your computer via USB-C.

Enter Boot Mode

Hold BOOT, tap RESET, then release BOOT.

Click Install GMVoice

Select the serial port when prompted. Installation takes ~30 seconds.

Done

The board restarts automatically. You'll hear the startup beep pattern.
